A weekly class training you in fast-paced high intensity interval training in order to burn calories and help you to achieve your goals.

  • This weekly virtual class shows you how to discipline yourself in terms of your fitness routine, stay consistent and create a structured workout plan that you can follow for the rest of the week.

  • Cardio

    You will perform fast-paced movements that raise your cardio in order to improve your cardiovascular health and burn calories

  • Strength

    You will perform heavy-weight and banded exercises focusing on resistance training in order to build muscle mass

  • Relaxation

    To finish, we end the class with a brief meditation to calm your mind, reset and rejuvenate your body before continuing on with your day

Course structure

This is a weekly, live, virtual event designed for you to learn at your own pace. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials for each week.
