A weekly class training you on how to improve your flexibility and intensify stretches in order to help you to achieve your goals.

  • This weekly virtual class shows you how to discipline yourself in terms of your flexibility routine, stay consistent and create a structured stretching plan that you can follow for the rest of the week.

  • Importance

    You will learn why flexibility is so important in life not only in the short-term but also in the long-term, preventing injuries and joint problems

  • Stretch

    You will perform a series of stretches, working on all parts of your body.

  • Intensify

    You will learn how to intensify your stretches in order to increase flexibility, working on activating muscles while stretching

Course structure

This is a weekly, live, virtual event designed for you to learn at your own pace. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials for each week.
